    • You can now activate your box.
    • Checklist before activation
      • Your Smart Card Number (View Card Number) & Decoder Number – You can find your 10 digit Smart Card number starting with 000. Your decoder number is 16 digits, starting with 1978 and can be found on the back of the your OSN decoder box.

      • A valid mobile number – you will receive a confirmation code to your mobile which will need to be entered to complete the activation process

      • Your box needs to be installed correctly – Click here to download installation instructions

      • Once installed correctly you will see the following onscreen message “This card is not activated for use.” on channel 20. You are now ready to begin the activation process

      • If you do not see this message or require assistance contact your nearest customer contact centre.
