Signal interruption due to solar interference until October 9
Did you know that twice a year the sun can influence your TV viewing?
During the Spring Equinox, satellites can come in direct line with the sun, causing temporary signal interference.
This may affect your OSN reception until October 9. Interruption may happen late in the afternoon and will last no more than 15 minutes.
This is a natural occurrence and your service should return to normal afterwards. If it doesn’t, you can unplug and plug in again your box to start viewing.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are happy to help.
