Please check the following:
1. OSN smart card should be inserted in the box.
2. Tune to your box office channel which should not have a (Technical Problem) error message.
3. Please check if the movie is ordered for the same desired day.
4. If the above conditions are met, you can use the app to scan and troubleshoot the error.
5. You can also follow the below steps to send an activation signal to your OSN smartcard. Visit myosn.osn.com and follow these instructions:
- Sign in to your MyOSN account
- Select Support
- Select error code 4
- Select Smartcard Number
- Select Send Signal
- Wait 20 minutes without changing the channel.
