Chef Exchange follows the culinary journey of two renown chefs, Jianmin Qu from China and Jock Zonfrillo from Australia, as they travel to each other’s country to explore the culture and cuisine.

Qu shares with Jock the importance of tea in Chinese culture, visiting a prestigious tea region in Shandong. Jock takes Qu to sample the unique produce and wine on offer in the Barossa Valley before preparing him a meal at his Adelaide Hills home.
