Bulgur Salad with Steak slices

  • 200 grams beef fillet slices
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1/4 spoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 cup of bulgur
  • 1 ¼ cup boiled broth
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 spoon of mint
  • Peeled almonds
Ingredients for salad dressing:
  • Juice of half orange
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ spoon sugar
  • 1/4 spoon black pepper, roughly crushed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil   


  • In a hot skillet, add oil and meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook the meat.
  • Put the bulgur in a dish, add the boiled broth, cover it with a plastic lid, and leave it until it becomes tender. Then when it is done, we put it in the refrigerator until it cools.
  • Roast almond slices in a hot skillet without any fat substance.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients, add orange juice, lemon and sugar, stir and add oil gradually, then add salt and pepper
  • Mix the bulgur with onions, tomatoes and mint, add the dressing and stir well, then place it in a serving dish with sliced meat and toasted almond slices.
