Chicken shawarma bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg sliced chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 3 pieces? of cardamom
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½  teaspoon black pepper, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Levantine bread

Steps

  • Season the chicken with yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, paprika, black pepper, coriander, cinnamon, salt, 1 tablespoon of sumac with mixing well and leave the chicken in the marinade for at least two hours
  • In a hot frying pan, add vegetable oil, then the marinated chicken and cardamom, and cook it well
  • add the other spoon of sumac on onion slices and mix
