Pastrami Casserole

  • 3 pieces, flat bread
  • ¼ kg pastrami, cut medium sized pieces
  • ¾ cup, colored pepper, small cubes
  • ¾ cup, mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup, cheddar cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup, roumi cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup, olives, without kernels
  • 1 tablespoon, fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoons, butter


  • In a bowl, mix pastrami, colored pepper, cheese, olives and thyme.
  • Place the filling in the middle of the soft bread and close all sides.
  • Heat pan on medium flame, add a spoonful of butter and fry the bread wrap. First, fry the end of the bread you closed first, and leave it till the cheese begins to melt. Then, flip the bread and fry this side till the cheese melts a little more. Take it out, and serve hot!
