True to form, the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards did not disappoint in red carpet dresses, a solid list of award-winning TV shows and an even better roster of top Emmy moments – did anyone NOT catch Chrissy Teigen’s newest reaction GIF?

With a whooping total of 55 Emmy nominations for shows airing on OSN and 59 wins at this year’s Emmy Awards ceremony - we’ve listed below the top nominated and winning TV shows for you to watch on our channels.

Don’t say we don’t spoil you.

GAME OF THRONES
9 Emmy awards, airing on OSN First HBO HD

Are we surprised? Weeeell, not really. The Emmy Awards have a habit of picking a favourite contender to win year after year, after year….. After. Year. While Game of Thrones didn’t qualify as Emmy 2017 nominees for production timeline reasons, it seems they are right back on track to reclaim their serial Emmy Winner title.

Possibly HBO’s biggest TV show, George R.R. Martin’s world of Westeros bagged the most prestigious Emmy Award of the night as Outstanding Drama Series... for the third time (case in point, people). From the cast, Peter Dinklage took home an Emmy trophy for best supporting actor as Tyrion Lannister, his third win in the category and seventh Emmy nomination for it. He edged out co-star and on-screen brother Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister in Game of Thrones, but not without a shoutout to him in his speech.

Our favourite acceptance speech quote:
(To Coster-Waldau) "I love you and I share this with you because you're an amazing handsome brother. And George R.R. Martin for creating this whole thing."

Rumor has it that the Game of Thrones series finale premiere date will be in April 2019. Considering the brewing White Walker, Ice Dragon and Dothraki tribe war bubbling away – it’s a safe bet that this isn’t the last set of wins for the HBO hit show.

WESTWORLD
4 Emmy awards, airing on OSN First HBO HD

Fans must have been so pleased to see hit sci-fi TV drama Westworld get its due recognition this year, especially after having been overlooked from all wins at last year’s 69th Primetime Emmys!

Actress Thandie Newton won Supporting Actress In A Drama Series for her portrayal of  suave brothel-madam robot host Maeve Millay, an Emmy award she was nominated for last year already. Her win, which comes on daughter Ripley Parker's 18th birthday, means she beat out some serious competition – including Game of Thrones’ Lena Headey as Cersei Lannister and Stranger Things’ Millie Bobbie Brown as 11.

Her co-stars Evan Rachel Wood and Ed Harris were not as lucky, playing Dolores Abernathy and the Man In Black, neither one winning their Emmy nomination categories.

Our favourite acceptance speech quote:
“My family, my daughter Ripley turns 18 today and I get to guide you and love you and protect you, which is my north star, I love you so much baby.”

Next for the TV series:
Showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy promised Westworld Season 3 will be a "radical shift", so look out for the Westworld Season 3 premiere.

BARRY
3 Emmy Awards, airing on OSN Series HD

Edging out stiff competition, including the The Marvelous Ms.Maisel which absolutely dominated other comedy categories, Barry proved that it is here to stay with just one debuting season under its belt.

Veteran actor Henry Winkler, after 54 years of being regularly nominated for an Emmy, finally won for his work as Gene Cousineau. If you didn't already know - in which case HOW? - he's also The Fonz. Bill Hader won as Lead Comedy Actor in his first nomination ever, beating out the Emmys' usual favourite Ted Danson in Cheers, and last year’s winner Donald Glover in Atlanta.

Our favourite acceptance speech quote:
(Henry Winkler, about his speech) "Oh, my God. Okay. I only have 37 seconds. I wrote this 43 years ago."
