Flipping Exes

Every new construction obstacle brings out the devil in Nina as her budget dwindles and her temper rises. On the side Nina hustles to find the perfect home for a long-time client with picky taste.

The Flipping Exes take on their first renovation client, until a major mishap puts Michael and Nina’s problem solving skills to the test. Nina takes it upon herself to find a new flip, but Michael is not impressed.

Nina and Michael rehab a house with an investor whom they hope to impress, securing future business for Flipping Exes. They’re mostly in agreement, but the outside of the home is a bone of contention that Nina is set upon winning, at all costs.

Nina and Michael must complete two flips at the same time, causing a lot of stress and financial burden. With one property hampered by a wily investor and Michael and Nina feeling construction growing pains, something’s got to give.

Romance is in the air, both for the house and Nina’s personal life. Michael feels the pressure to find new flips to grow the business and secretly buys a property to surprise Nina.

Michael and the team take a rare break from work and throw Nina a surprise party for Flipping Exes' three-year business anniversary!
