After spending their first evening in Hell’s Kitchen, Chef Ramsay has asked the chefs to meet him outside for a special delivery. For the challenge, the chefs work individually to create a fine dining shrimp dish.

The chefs are summoned outside for a challenge. Standing next to a bust of Caesar Cardini, Chef Ramsay greets both teams, informing the chefs of their upcoming challenge: A Caesar salad race!

The chefs head into the kitchen to be surprised by a beautiful wedding reception. Chef Ramsay informs the chefs that this couple is one of 30 couples who will be getting married at Hell’s Kitchen today.

The Chefs are called out to the front of Hell’s Kitchen to find Chef Ramsay standing out in front of a taco truck; they will be pairing up to cook upscale Mexican cuisine in order to make proper high-end dishes.

The chefs arise the next day to learn that the challenge today is going to be the iconic Blind Taste Test.

The chefs discover that Chef Ramsay has invited aspiring young chef Seth Grabel to help him introduce the upcoming burger challenge.

The chefs meet Chef Ramsay for their next challenge: HK’s first ever “Spell’s Kitchen,” a challenge designed to test one’s ability to think quickly on their feet by racing to unscramble a word.
