Tracking down the mystery drivers, Chase and Elliot pursue them to a surf competition at the Hot Wheels City beach, leading to another fin-tastic battle against Draven’s giant shark.

Chase and Elliot race the mystery drivers to the Hot Wheels City lighthouse, where Draven releases a giant octopus, forcing the brothers to team with their rivals to defeat the surly cephalopod.

When Draven’s gator traps innocent citizens inside the car wash, Chase and Elliot partner with Joey and Angie to save the day, ensuring the population of Hot Wheels City remains safe and spotless.

Draven is up to usual tricks during the Hot Wheels City Halloween parade. Chase and Elliot put on their hero costumes to save the city from gators, cobras and one big ghostly gorilla.
