Four smiths are out on the farm to salvage steel from old farm equipment to make classic chef knives. Only two smiths will slice and dice their way to the final round where they must forge the iconic Rooster Head French Pioneer Sword.
S7 E25: Darb Sri Gun Chai Battle Sword
In a twist of fate, four smiths must forge a twist and stack Damascus blade. After two rounds the last two smiths standing must return home and recreate the Darb Sri Gun Chai, an enormous, double-handed Thai battle sword.
S7 E26: Zulu War Axe
Four smiths are tasked with forging Japanese Natas using a traditional Japanese technique. After two rounds, the three remaining blades are tested to determine which contestants will head to their home forge to recreate the prestigious Zulu War Axe.
S7 E27: Game of Forge
In a throwback to the Iron Age, four smiths must forge daggers as if they were in 650 B.C., relying on coal and brute force. Two competitors return and head back to their home forges to recreate Arya Stark's Needle from Game of Thrones.
S7 E28: The Chinese Zhanmadao
Four smiths are tasked with creating signature blades from 1095 steel. New parameters will be added, keeping the smiths on their toes. Two smiths make it back to recreate one of the longest swords in the forge, the Chinese Zhanmadao.
S7 E29: The German Dussage
Four bladesmiths are tasked with making a canister Damascus blade from threaded bolts. After a couple of intense rounds and some brutal testing, two smiths return to their home forges to recreate the deadly German Dussage Sword.
S7 E30: The Ikakalaka
Four smiths have to select a forging technique ranging from easy to difficult. They must choose wisely as their selection will directly impact their next round. Ultimately, two smiths must recreate the Ikakalaka African Sword.
S7 E31: First Responders Edition
Four first responder bladesmiths are called into the forge to honour those who run toward danger while others run away. Ultimately two smiths return home to recreate one of the most important tools in a firefighter's arsenal: the Halligan Bar.
S7 E32: Samurai Showdown
In this Samurai themed competition, four smiths must forge a Japanese tanto dagger. Summoning their inner warriors, the smiths fight to produce blades worthy of the samurai. Ultimately, two competitors return home to reproduce the deadly Sodegarami.
S7 E33: Baby Boomer vs Gen Z
Baby Boomers and Gen Z-ers face off in an Old vs. New competition. After several intense rounds, two smiths head back to their home forges to recreate ancient China's Sword of Goujian, one of the most intact artefacts ever uncovered by archeologists.
S7 E34: The Nimcha
Four smiths are tasked with forging signature blades from scrap metal shavings. After two intense rounds, the remaining smiths head home to recreate the Nimcha, a sword traditionally made from recycled blades.
S7 E35: Titanium Smackdown
Four smiths must forge handles using a metal never before seen in this competition - titanium. Ultimately, two competitors are able to produce weapons worthy of moving on to their forges for another build: the Horseman's and Hidden Dagger.
S7 E36: Tomahawk and Bowie
Four smiths must forge keys to unlock boxes of steel needed to make a knife. After a couple of intense rounds, two competitors are picked to head back to their home forges to recreate two American classics: the Tomahawk and Bowie.
S7 E37: Japanese Ono
Four smiths are tasked with forging a blade that must fit perfectly into a puzzle piece cut out. After two puzzling rounds, the final two smiths return home to recreate the ancient samurai pole axe, the Japanese Ono.
S7 E38: The Boateng Saber
Four smiths learn they must fork over forge funds in order to make signature blades. After a couple of intense rounds leaves two smiths bankrupt, the remaining competitors return home to recreate the most expensive sword ever sold: the Boateng Saber.
S7 E39: Summer Forging Games Part 1
In this two-part Forged in Fire special, four smiths compete in four events that will test their bladesmithing capabilities. The four smiths are ranked from first to last and move onto event two where they must make a set of Damascus throwing knives.
S7 E40: Summer Forging Games Part 2
In the second half of the Forged in Fire Summer Games, three smiths remain. However, the challenges are far from over as they must forge the Greek Xiphos sword, from start to finish, in one round.

Four bladesmiths are faced with a gigantic challenge, scaling down a nine foot long dagger to exactly a fifth of its size.
S8 E6: The Massive Maguro Bocho
Four bladesmiths get cooking when they are tasked with forging a cleaver using only the steel from meat hooks. After two rounds of slicing and dicing, two smiths head back to their home forges to create the Maguro Bocho, a massive tuna knife.
S8 E7: Season 8 Special - Judges Home Forge Battle
For the first time, Judges Ben Abbott, J. Neilson and David Baker are thrown into the fire for a gruelling home forge battle against each other. Given two weeks, each judge will construct a blade unlike anything they've made before.

S8 E11: Machete of the Amazons
For the first time the judges flip the script, giving the competitors the opportunity to choose their own challenge. After an intense bout of testing, two return home to recreate the fearsome Dahomey Machete, famously wielded by an all-female army.
S8 E12: San Mai Mystery
Four smiths must choose from a selection of mystery steel to create san mai blades. After a surprising round of tests, the last smiths standing will select between two weapons to forge at home.
S8 E13: WWE Edition
S8 E14: Second Chance Tournament: Part 1
For the first time, eight former competitors will head back into the arena for an epic tournament. However, before making it to the main event they will have to go head to head against another smith.
S8 E15: Second Chance Tournament: Part 2
The Second Chance Tournament continues with two final duels. Up first, two runner-ups compete to prove they have what it takes to be in the number one spot. Then, two smiths whose blades failed to make it to testing will go head to head.
S8 E16: Second Chance Tournament: Finals
After winning their duels, the Second Chance Tournament concludes with four remaining smiths in an epic final battle. After a couple of rounds, two survive and head back to their home forges to take on a complex weapon from the Forged in Fire vault.
S8 E19: Civil War Battle
In this special Civil War-themed competition, four smiths must turn either a massive cannonball or small grapeshot into the battle-tested Arkansas toothpick knife.
S8 E20: Casino Challenge

It's hammer time in the forge when four smiths have to make knives out of sledgehammers. After the blades are smashed and bashed in a brutal round of testing, the two surviving smiths return to their home forges to recreate the Polish War Hammer.

This time, four smiths won't know what material they're working with until they open up a crate and discover one of any number of salvaged metals inside. After a round of testing, two smiths return home to recreate the Medieval Sword of Mystery.
