Eight well-loved, but well-worn British celebrities challenge the ageing process by heading to a retreat in Sardinia where they will commit to a strict regime and scientific testing.
S1 E1: Episode 1
The celebs are subjected to scientific testing to determine the difference between their birth age and their body, face and brain age to discover how well, or badly, they are ageing before flying out to the rejuvenation clinic in Sardinia.
S1 E2: Episode 2
The anti-ageing regime in Sardinia is taking its toll. Nutritionist Thor announces a liquid diet of juices and shakes and urine face masks. They have a traditional feast to look forward to, but at the end of a trek up a mountain.
S1 E3: Episode 3
The 8 celebs learn how their brains are key to ageing well. Bill leads mindfulness and meditation exercises, they try to learn Spanish, Shaun expresses himself through art and Sherrie makes an emotional breakthrough.
S1 E4: Episode 4
The subjects do everything they can to improve their brains, bodies and faces before the Professor reveals their final results. Will the 8 stars achieve their collective 100-year target?
