Micky, Doug and Jake are three married pals who work at the same Chicago newspaper. One day, Micky laments to Doug and Jake that his wife Donna has discovered a cache of personal porn on his computer.
S1 E2: The Secret of the Universe
Admonished by Micky for being "cold" to Missy, Donna arrives at his office to ask her out to lunch a decision that does not sit well with her husband.
S1 E3: The God of Marriage
Micky seems peeved when Donna doesn’t "get" a joke he heard at the bar about oral sex and The Three Stooges … but is it just a cover for what is really upsetting him? Jake ends his office affair with Ilene, and Doug seeks to curtail his wife Carol’s excessive spending.
S1 E4: Time on the Lake
While Micky and Donna search for a hobby, the guys enlist Jake to find out whether a man is tired of his beautiful wife.
S1 E5: Anywhere, Anytime
Donna gives Micky the "electonic tether," a pager. Meanwhile, Jake’s jilted girlfriend threatens to tell his wife about his indiscretion.
S1 E6: Wonderful News
Donna might be pregnant. Doug’s visiting mother-in-law affects his sex life.
S1 E7: Just Thinking of You
Micky and Donna embark on a kitchen/marriage remodel. Jake’s call girl retires, and work forces Doug to skip Carol’s birthday celebration.
S1 E8: When We Were Nice
Micky accuses Donna of having an affair with the contractor. Jake suggests an exotic cure for Doug’s back problem.
S1 E9: Lay Down Dancing
Micky crosses the line with his masseuse. Jake crosses a line with Missy.
S1 E10: Cold Splash of Truth
Micky considers telling Donna of his extra-marital excursion. Doug can’t stop Carol from returning to her career.
S2 E1: Peter Pan
Micky, racked with guilt over his extramarital excursion, is dead set on making things right as the “New Micky.”
S2 E2: The Cream of the Crop
Micky has a problem programming his Tivo, and wonders if it’s a metaphor for his relationship with his mind.

During a night out at the movies, Donna is inspired to rethink her career, causing her and Micky to discuss her shift from “full-time writer” to “full-time mother.”
S2 E4: Full-Time Mom
Donna takes a cue from Jake and Bianca and decides that church is exactly what’s missing from her own family.
S2 E5: 20/20
Doug’s parents’ anniversary party causes everyone to evaluate their own relationship with their parents.
S2 E6: The Perfect Babysitter
In the wake of her husband’s new honesty policy, Donna suggests therapy to Micky, who reluctantly concedes.
S2 E7: The Corvette
Micky thinks a new baby will remedy the problems in his marriage, but Donna has her own solution.
S2 E8: The Pony Ride
Micky plans a surprise party for Randall to get back in his good graces, but even before the party can begin, he’s faced with a whole new dilemma at home.
S2 E9: A Hard Pill to Swallow
Micky starts to see progress in his therapy, but finds his relationship with Donna tested.
S2 E10: Never Stop
Micky suggests couple’s therapy in order to draw Donna back into the relationship. After a few nights on Slayton’s couch, Jake attempts to talk his way back into Bianca’s life.
