All the best movies to catch on OSN this July

This July, OSN is offering a jam-packed movie lineup for the whole family to enjoy on OSN Movies First. With Disney’s animation of all time ‘Frozen II’, the animated black comedy, ‘The Addams Family’, the Oscar nominated ‘The Lighthouse’ and ‘Gemini Man’ starring Hollywood favourite Will Smith, anyone will be spoilt for choice. And that’s not all, OSN will be launching a Marvel pop-channel offering hours of entertainment from the popular franchise.

Leading the content on OSN this July is the drama romance, The Souvenir’ starring Honor Swinton Byrne, Tosin Cole and Jack McMullen. Premiering on Thursday 2nd July at 23:00 UAE / 22:00 KSA, the film sees a young film student in the early 80s become romantically involved with a complicated and untrustworthy man.
Following on Friday 3rd July is ‘Family’ at 22:00 UAE / 21:00 KSA. Starring Taylor Schilling, Kate McKinnon, Allison Tolman and Jessie Ennis, the film follows Kate Stone a career-focused woman who enjoys her life that way. Her brash attitude keeps relationships at arm's length, making her an outcast in her own right.
Next up is the drama, ‘The Last Black Man in San Francisco’ on Thursday 9th July at 23:00 UAE / 22:00 KSA. The film follows a young man as he searches for home in the changing city that seems to have left him behind. Starring Jimmie Fails, Jonathan Majors and Rob Morgan – this film is a must-see.
In addition, the first family of Halloween, ‘The Addams Family’ is back in the first animated comedy about the kookiest family on the block on Friday 10th July at 22:00 UAE / 21:00 KSA. Funny, outlandish, and completely iconic, the Addams Family redefines what it means to be a good neighbour. Voiced by Chloe Grace Moretz, Golden Globe winner Oscar Isaac and Oscar winner Charlize Theron – this film will not disappoint. 
And for horror fans, look no further than ‘Don't Let Go’, starring David Oyelowo, Storm Reid and Mykelti Williamson. Airing on Thursday 16th July at 23:00 UAE / 22:00 KSA, the film sees a man grieve the loss of his family before he gets a phone call from one of the dead, his niece. He's not sure if she's a ghost or if he's going mad, but as it turns out, he's not.
Next up is ‘The Best of Enemies’ on Friday 17th July at 22:00 UAE / 21:00 KSA. Starring Golden Globe winner Taraji P. Henson, Sam Rockwell and Babou Ceesay, the film sees Civil rights activist Ann Atwater face off against C.P. Ellis, Exalted Cyclops of the Ku Klux Klan, in 1971 Durham, North Carolina over the issue of school integration.
 
This July, the Oscar nominated The Lighthouse starring Robert Pattinson and Willem Dafoe will also be coming to OSN as part of its new and exclusive content. Premiering on Thursday 23rd July at 23:00 UAE / 22:00 KSA, this gripping story sees two lighthouse keepers try to maintain their sanity while living on a remote and mysterious New England island in the 1890s.
Disney fans rejoice! The mega blockbuster ‘Frozen II’ is coming to screens on Friday 24th July at 22:00 UAE / 21:00 KSA. Having generated over $1.4 Billion in the box-office worldwide, the film is voiced by Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel. it follows Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven as they leave Arendelle to travel to an ancient, autumn-bound forest of an enchanted land. They set out to find the origin of Elsa's powers in order to save their kingdom.
And that’s not all, OSN is bringing Disney+ Original’s ‘Disney’s Magic Camp’ on Saturday 11th July and ‘Secret Society of Second Born Royals’ on Saturday 18th July to the network at 20:00 UAE / 19:00 KSA.
July also witnesses Rambo: Last Blood’ joining OSN’s new and exclusive content lineup. The fifth installment in the highly successful Rambo franchise, ‘Rambo: Last Blood’ sees Rambo confront his past and unearth his ruthless combat skills to exact revenge in a final mission. Starring the legendary Sylvester Stallone, the film premieres on Thursday 30th July at 23:00 UAE / 22:00 KSA. Following is ‘Gemini Man’ on Friday 31st July at 22:00 UAE / 21:00 KSA. Starring Will Smith, the film sees an over-the-hill hitman face off against a younger and better clone of himself.
And if that wasn’t enough, one of the highest rated pop-up channels OSN has ever had is back! Launching on Friday 24th July at 10:00 UAE / 9:00 KSA until Saturday 8th August, the exclusive pop-up dedicated to the epic Marvel Cinematic Universe will be available to all super hero fans. The 16-day mega marathon will air more than 40 hours of content from the popular franchise all in one place.
In addition, this summer don’t miss out on the Anime Special on OSN Action starting on Friday 3rd July, every Friday and Saturday at 21:00 UAE / 20:00 KSA. The special will see OSN dedicate two hours of Tokyo Ghoul season 1 and 2 and Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas season back to back.
